Drop-In Classes

We offer over 25 drop-in classes for you to explore each week.
Sunday-Saturday, 12 months a year!
Our specialties are Pilates, Yoga, Barre Fitness, Strength Training and Breathwork+Meditation.

If you want to pump up the intensity or chill yourself right out, we've got you!

Pilates is an form of functional movement built on exercises that are made up of low-impact flexibility, strength, and endurance movements. Pilates focuses on and emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance for the whole body. At its foundation, Pilates is stability, strength, and mobility.

Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice that has its origins in ancient India, the word yoga in its essence means “to unite”. The practice aims to create a union between body, mind and spirit, between movement and breath. Yoga has a vast range of styles and offerings for the practitioner.

All classes are taught through a lens of cultural sensitivity, gender inclusivity, and choice-based practices.

REGISTERED Series

We offer a range of classes and equipment outside of our regularly scheduled drop-in classes. These sessions are typically a 4-6 week series to allow you to grow and build your repertoire in a particular modality.

Our current series offerings are Reformer Pilates and Aerial Yoga

Workshops

Full Circle offers a wide range of workshops taught by incredible local and guest instructors.

Offerings can range anywhere from sound baths to hip openers, from meditation to headstands, or from floor tricks to hula-hooping!

One-on-one coaching sessions are custom lessons and sessions that are tailored just for you and your unique goals. Coaching is a tool for you to dive deeper into your own practice and individual needs.

Whether you are looking for personal instruction on how to investigate a modality further, are looking to work on recovery, or prefer personal assessment outside of group classes, personal coaching is a great choice to help you get what you want out of your movement.

Dance & Burlesque

When we give ourselves permission to move how we want, magic happens.

The embodied nature of dance is visceral, it’s what vibrates in the cells calling out to be energized. The nature of burlesque and the sensual arts is deeply personal to all who seek it out. For some, it’s playful and whimsical - a wink and a nod and finding a rhythm in the hips. For others it’s a practice in sovereignty and consent, of meaning and connection to something hidden, waiting to come to the surface.

We are here for the tantalizing nature of raised eyebrows and sideways glances, what about you?
