This is a combo On Line/In Person training.

This is the first step to becoming a Pilates Process™ certified instructor. In this course, we teach you the Mat Level 1 + 2 repertoire along with modifications. These exercises are the building blocks that will set you up for the later equipment courses.

We introduce our Pilates Process™ Principles, the basics of functional anatomy, postural analysis and programming, cueing and communication and practice teaching in a creative, supportive and fun environment.

With the Pilates Process approach our concern isn’t that the client performs Pilates well, though that will happen over time. Our aim is that Pilates serves the client well helping them develop more efficiency, greater stability, balanced power and improved posture. This approach is profoundly different from other methods.

This cost includes ALL materials (Exercises, Anatomy, Programming, Course Principles, Videos, Manuals) that are part of our course fees.

Cancellation Policy :
If you cancel 15 days prior to the course start day, you are entitled to a full refund MINUS a $500 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the start of the course will not be refunded.

The training is delivered in two parts—online via Zoom and in person at the studio. Because the curriculum is so comprehensive, we spend time laying foundational knowledge before diving into the repertoire.

You can expect in-person sessions to include the practical exercises, homework, case studies, and practice teaching.

The Zoom sessions will begin a few weeks prior to the in-person intensive (the schedule will be finalized once registration is confirmed), and the in-studio portion will run for 7 days in July.
