TERMs + CONDITIONS

  • Valid for all regularly scheduled Mat classes

  • All passes expire between 3-12 months

  • Passes activate upon purchase

  • Not applicable to workshops, special events, or registered series

  • All purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable

  • No refunds, exchanges, or holds

MAT CLASS PASSES :

  • Mat Classes: 4-hour cancellation window

  • Late cancels and no-shows will result in loss of class credit or $15 fee for memberships

CANCELLATIONS + ATTENDANCE:

  • Wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothing

  • Classes begin on time — late entry is not permitted

  • Doors are locked at class start; please arrive 5–15 minutes early

MAT CLASS GUIDELINES:

  • Late cancellations will result in loss of session or $15 fee

  • Classes with fewer than 2 participants registered 4 hours prior may be cancelled

  • Credits will be automatically returned to your account

BOOKING + WAITLIST (MAT)

  • If a spot opens, you will be automatically added to the class

  • You will receive an SMS notification when promoted

  • You may be added from the waitlist up to 2 hours before class start

  • The waitlist counts as an active booking - If added and unable to attend, please cancel out of class

  • Ensure SMS and email notifications are enabled in WellnessLiving

Waitlist Policy:

MAT UNLIMITED LOYALTY MEMBERSHIP:

Mat Unlimited Loyalty Members have unlimited access to regularly scheduled Mat classes, subject to availability and the following booking and attendance policies.

  • Advance booking is available up to 3 weeks before class.

  • Mat classes require 4 hours' cancellation notice, except classes with a specifically published longer cancellation window.

  • Members receive one complimentary late cancellation per month.

  • Additional late cancellations and all no-shows incur a $15 fee.

  • Waitlist promotion is automatic and may occur up to 2 hours before class.

  • Once promoted from the waitlist, the reservation is treated as an active booking.

  • Members are responsible for managing their reservations and ensuring their notification preferences are enabled.
