Details:

• Activates immediately upon purchase

• Our Reformer sessions are limited to 4 clients per class for personalized attention

Considerations:

• Class starts promptly; doors will be locked at class time — please arrive 5–15 minutes early

• Wear comfortable clothing for movement

• Each class begins with a brief safety demo on the equipment

Booking & Cancelling:

• 12-hour cancellation policy: Cancelling within 12 hours of class start time will result in a full session charge

• Classes require at least 2 participants. If fewer than 2 are registered two hours before start time, the class will be cancelled and your pass returned

• The waitlist counts as an active booking: you may be moved from the waitlist up to two hours before class start time

• If added from the waitlist and unable to attend, you must cancel yourself out of the class

• Within two hours of class start time, you will not be automatically added from the waitlist; however, you may manually check the schedule for openings

• Please ensure email notifications are enabled in your WellnessLiving account to stay updated (we are happy to assist if needed)

To support Mental Health Awareness Month, Full Circle Movement Studios is offering special, more accessible drop-in pricing for May 2025:

• $15 for Mat Classes

• $30 for Reformer Classes

These class passes are valid for the month of May only. You can purchase as many as you like, but they will expire on May 31st, 2025, at midnight.

• If you are currently on a membership, you may place your membership on hold to use these passes. Please note: this will count as your one annual hold as outlined in your membership agreement.

• If you currently hold regular drop-in passes, the system will use the May promotional passes first, then continue using your previously purchased passes as needed.

• Standard expiration dates and terms apply to any non-promotional drop-in passes. Please check your account for expiry dates.

Can I buy more than one pass?
Yes! You can purchase as many $15 Mat and $30 Reformer passes as you like during May.

When do these passes expire?
All May promotional passes will expire at midnight on May 31, 2025, regardless of purchase date.

What happens if I still have unused May passes after May 31st?
Unused May passes will expire and be removed from your account. Please plan accordingly.

I’m a member. Can I use these passes instead of my membership?
Yes! You can put your membership on hold to use May passes, but this will count as your one annual membership hold as outlined in your agreement.

What if I already have regular drop-in passes on my account?
The system will automatically use your May passes first, and then return to using any previously purchased passes once the May passes expire or are used up.

Do the regular cancellation policies still apply?
Yes! All regular cancellation policies apply to May passes:

• Mat Classes require 4 hours’ notice to cancel without penalty.

• Reformer Classes require 12 hours’ notice to cancel without penalty.
  Late cancels or no-shows will deduct a pass from your account.

Can I transfer, refund, or extend my May passes?
No. All May promotional passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire after May 31, 2025.
