    Foundations and Level 1 Pilates Reformer repertoire.

    In this series, you will be introduced to the Reformer Equipment. These sessions are focused on the foundations of the repertoire to build healthy patterning and confidence with the equipment. We use the Reformer and other props to give you a diverse and full-body workout. 

    These classes will progress at a pace that allows you to embody the functional movement Pilates has to offer and will prepare you with a strong foundation, increased body awareness, and an understanding of the reformer repertoire.

    Sessions are limited to 4 clients allowing us to give you tailored attention and feedback. 

  • REFORMER 1/2 - SUNDAY

    In this series, you will be introduced to elements and exercises from the L1+2 Reformer repertoire. These sessions emphasize elevating you from the foundations into more complex and dynamic Pilates sequences.

    These classes will progress more quickly and layer on more complexity; clients should have a solid awareness of the foundations and L1 work.

    We use the Reformer and other props to give you a diverse, full-body workout. 

    Sessions are limited to 4 clients allowing us to give you tailored attention and feedback. 

  • Reformer L2+ - Tuesday

    Mixed Level 1+2 Pilates Reformer repertoire.

    In this series, you will be introduced to elements and exercises from the L1+2 Reformer repertoire. These sessions emphasize elevating you from the foundations into more complex and dynamic Pilates sequences.

    These classes will progress more quickly and layer on more complexity; clients should have a solid awareness of the foundations and L1 work. A min of 1-2 BUILD series is required to attend THRIVE. 

    We use the Reformer and other props to give you a diverse, full-body workout. 

    Sessions are limited to 4 clients allowing us to give you tailored attention and feedback.
